Where do you pick up?
We do pick up at your hotel lobby, please contact us if your hotel is outside of the main town core as there might be a minimal transfer fee depending on distance.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

What are your payment options?
We accept Cash, PayPal, Zelle, Visa or Master Cards for all deposits and payments. If you had only paid a deposit to secure your reservation and will be paying the balance when you arrive, we will accept all accept BZD or US Cash, Zelle transfer, Visa or Master Cards

How do we book a tour?
You can book your tour by sending us an email or fill in the contact us form on our website. If you just want to pay a deposit now and the balance on the day of the tour you can email us at island_twist@yahoo.com ; we will then forward you our credit card authorization form, Zelle Transfer instructions or Paypal invoice. The balance will be due on the day of the excursion prior to the excursion.

What is the difference between customized and our trips with minimum?
A customized tour is for groups with special requests, these persons will be taken by a designated guide (a small fee applies for this service depending on your requests, please email us at island_twist@yahoo.com or call (501) 671 0506 or (501)633 4241 If you have less than the required numbers to operate a tour, you would select the customized option or contact us as there are oftentimes others that do not meet the Minimums and also want to book that activity on that day.

What is a good tip?
A good tip is whatever you can afford to give. Tipping is not mandatory but if you had a great day you can show your appreciation.

Will we be combined with another group?
Unless you choose a private tour, chances are that you will be combined with others however most of our excursions will have a maximum of 8 guests therefore your group will never be too large.

What is the duration of the tour?
Duration will be based on the activity and ranges anywhere from 3.5 hours to 8 hours for island snorkel excursions and 6-10 hours if you choose to venture one of our mainland adventure activities.

Does the tour price include entrance fee?
Unless otherwise noted, all tours include entrance/park fees.
